We worked with Katelyn to design our new kitchen.  Katelyn had great ideas and was able translate our ideas and vision into an amazing space.  Katelyn and Matt were great communicators as we navigated building during the pandemic.  Attention to every detail was a constant. Our cabinets arrived in Connecticut on a Thursday and 8am the next morning the team was on site to unload in the pouring rain and begin the install.  Everyone from Matt, to Katelyn to Joel and his install team have been a pleasure to work with.

After years of saving and planning, Kitchen Living LLC made our kitchen dreams come to life and then some!  Matt and Casandra Modglin are a lovely couple who approach the project like they would for a beloved family member, but with the professionalism of a respectable business.  Matt is a very knowledgeable perfectionist and meticulous with his kitchen layout design to the fraction of an inch.  Casandra patiently took us through the multi-detailed process of making all finishing decisions.   They were all over follow through so we experienced NO delays.  Kitchen Living only works with skilled and reliable craftsmen who stand behind their work.  They even work with an amazing design team who will bring your design up to magazine level if you want assistance with that.  I rarely leave reviews but this positive experience deserved a shout out.  If you are looking to embark on the kitchen of YOUR dreams, seriously look no further!  We LOVE our kitchen and spend all our time there now!

What an amazing experience we have had with Kitchen Living, LLC. and our new kitchen is absolutely fabulous.  

The first day we met Matt at our home prior to deciding on a kitchen design we knew it was the right fit.   He was very professional, organized, thoughtful, and methodical in his approach.  We drove out to his showroom in Marlborough and this confirmed our thoughts. He has a great CAD program that allows him to show 3D renderings to give a very clear vision.  Matt even went out of his way to come and help us pick the perfect countertop, which was an hour away,  

Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end.  Matt and his wife Casandra made the whole process seamless and really make easy what can be a very overwhelming experience.  They return every email and phone call, and follow through promptly.  I could not give them a better recommendation.   Exceptional!

We had an excellent experience with Matt and Cassandra.  They made our kitchen renovation so very easy.  They, themselves, were easy to work with.  They were willing to change with us whenever we wanted to make a change.  We never felt rushed or felt that they were impatient.  Their shop offered a number of options that we could actually touch and feel.  It made choosing our cabinets and countertops so easy as we were able to actually see how things looked together.  Matt made a great recommendation about a backsplash and his vision turned out to be just the perfect finishing touch!!  As equally important was the timeline:  we were quoted a timeline and the project was completed on time.

We would highly recommend working with this husband/wife team.  Fun, fun, fun and we are now enjoying our beautiful new kitchen which was ready for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, as promised!!  Thanks, Matt and Cassandra.  Wishing you lots of success in the future.  If only we had ten more houses to equip with a new kitchen

From the start Matt & Cassandra listened to our goals for the project & were able to help guide us from "kitchen renovation" to really maximizing our whole first floor using the kitchen as our hub.  We brought some rough ideas to the table & they were very collaborative in their refinement & application of those ideas into the project.  They helped pair us with a contractor who was great & gave us a sense that we were all working towards a common goal.  Great communication & attentiveness to detail throughout.  Would highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable, Professional, Always Prepared what more could one ask for? Matt gave us a great plan, pointing out issues we had not thought of. He was personable and thorough, showing up at various stages of the project to make sure the installation was as promised. Our installer (and much more) Joel was a delight to work with.

Matt, Casandra, and the contractors Joel and Dave were absolutely amazing through the whole project. We went thinking we would only do one corner of our very dated kitchen.... Matt took a bunch of measurements and looked at our space thoughtfully and if I remember he asked what we liked about our kitchen. He then did his magic. Their vision was so beautiful my husband said yes before we finished the session. Amazing team, awesome vision, caring and trustworthy business. Thorough and affordable . Matt found things he didn’t like about our cabinets and re ordered. (I couldn’t see anything). I believe he carries the fine tooth comb for you. Loving my new (entire) kitchen.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kitchen Living during the design and installation of our kitchen (see picture folder titled Flagstone Colonial Kitchen with Midnight Blue Island). We could not be more pleased with the entire process--from the initial design meeting with Matt to "picture day" with Casandra when the project was complete. During the design phase, Matt asked many questions to better understand what our needs were and was very patient with us as we asked him numerous times to rearrange cabinets, change the counter top color, cabinets, etc! He truly listened to our wishes and used his expertise to create a beautiful and functional space for us. Matt was with us every step of the way and was available morning, noon and night for any questions that we had throughout the project. We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Kitchen Living!
